The Jamaican “bizzy” tea is used to remedy a number of ailments to the body. It is a good herbal remedy for menstrual cramps, headache, gout, rheumatism, jaundice, nausea, indigestion and a host of other health concerns. 

Tea – ½ teaspoon to 2 cups water boiling water.

Cover and simmer for 15 mins.

The Kola nut is said to be more than just a nut.  Kola nut extract  has been long used in the Soda manufacturing business in the U.S. food industry as a flavoring ingredient  People have claimed it ‘sweetens stale water’, treats fatigue, hunger pangs, morning sickness, irregular menstrual cycles, colic, severe coughs, asthma,  and constipation.
